Oh my! I don't know how I missed this, but I'm glad I looked back and found it! I love this type of casual "cleaning up." Including things that normally wouldn't be. Like people. It's a quite specific childhood fear turned fantasy for me, especially the way you wrote it!
Somewhat spoilery:
I also like how you switched over to painless soft dismemberment for the cleaning up of the guest, as it drew things out. Since 3rd perspective viewpoint was on him, it kept if from being over too quickly. I also love how polite and professional the maid was to him, and how cooperative he was in return. Would it maybe have been easier and more logical for him to just get up and walk out the door, saving her the work? Maybe. But rules are rules, and he lost his chance to do that at 11, lol!

Maybe with some shopvac prototype or anything else themed with vacuum cleaners sucking up stuff and people ^~^
