Well, she technically isn't a Majin, in a similar way to how Cell was only partially Frieza race 21 is only partially Majin.

She does show some more Majin capabilities. One of her in-game attacks stretches her tail through the ground similar to Kid Buu's leg attack. And while we don't see it in action it's implied her regenerative powers are just like Buu's, stated that she needs to be destroyed down to the last cell.
