Well I had to do something with her isn’it ? XD In case you didn't see her before, she's Android 21, a new character in the Dragonball universe with some very vorish tendencies. ( Seriously just listen to her lines ! ). Among others things this charming lady has the power to turn her opponents into cakes or candy and to just happily and greedily devour them ! Here she discovered a new power. I'm not sure i captured the Dragon ball style very well here but she was fun to draw :P

Android 21. Dragon Ball Fighter Z is the game. You technically play as Goku and the rest of the Z Fighters, though you aren't REALLY Goku, you're a conciousness that inhabit's their bodies to fight 21 and the evil possessed versions of the rest of the DBZ character base. 21 one of Dr. Gero's creations that was still slumbering even after the events of BoG (Battle of Gods) and awoke later on. Hense why she's got Buu's pink skin. Personally, I wanna see that body type in Dragon Ball Xenoverse for the Buu Race characters. No more stupid freaking antenna, now they can have a tail. Males and females both, preferably.

Xenoverse of DBFZ? I highly recommend Xenoverse, personally, because you can be a Saiyan, Human, Namekian, Frost Demon (Freiza Race), or Majin (Buu Race) The powers for Saiyan, as far as power ups are Kaioken (up to X100, I think), Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, and Super Saiyan God Blue as per the latest update. Human gets the Nimbus Cloud. Namekians can turn giant, Frost Demons turn gold, and Majin's go from fat, or female, to skinny boy. Yes, even the female Majins, who look sorta like 21 without hair, turn into male Kid Buus.

Xenoverse 2 if you want SSG. Basically the same game just with more characters and more powers. And more creation choices.
