Tristana is packing a spare rocket down there! Lovely drawing as usual, very much like the comfortable and serenely satisfied looks on their faces, with the extra touch of arousal.
With how they calm they look and how mutually fun this probably was, I'm assuming in my own head-canon that either this was a surreal case of casual-willingness despite digestion, or that whoever is in there will be respawning via summoner magic. I like that who they are, and the exact nature of their fate, were left to imagination.
