For some odd reason having the proper name "Billy" seems to be especially unfortunate in the Stregaverse. It significantly increases the chance you'll get a short trip through a predator's digestive tract.

In this case the only way Billy will bother the sea lion after this is if one of his flip-flops gets stuck in its small intestine. On to Billy #42...

It's a good idiot-kid name. Before I come up with better names for a lot of my own victims, they are referred to as Vicky, per the first half of VICtim. =^.^=

We'er gonna to need another Billy, LOL if you look up We're Gonna Need Another Timmy on youtube this could be where it came from or you just might hate Billy a lot
