The game has begun! Mint gets a good night's sleep and goes to school, since she doesn't really know how to react to being in a struggle to the death yet. But she'll learn quickly.

_______________

The wait is over! Vore is definitely in this chapter! I also fixed the line problem(I think), so it should be more obvious when we cut away from the MC. I don't have much to say about this chapter except, enjoy!

Ah, I should say I pumped this chapter out pretty fast because I felt bad about not having any real vore since the first chapter. Just felt weird.

This is interesting. Is the Caustic Chimera truly wild to the core, or is it another player that has been truly overtaken by the game's code? Speaking of which, whatever 'it' is that's messing with the game, it's NOT good. A malevolent malfunctioning superintelligent AI is the BEST case scenario at this point!

Things are getting tense, tune in next time to see how Mint resolves this battle!

'It' will have a name soon so as to avoid confusion with a certain other horror creature, but for now it's being left purposefully un-named. Definitely for story reasons and not because I don't have one.

Yikes, that lil beastie is quite the killing machine.

Alexandra better not hurt my Mi-erhem! .... YOUR Mint. >_> Learn the rules of the game bitch. Royal rumble ends with 1 winner. 1 "Survivor"... oh, I sense a team-up. :3 ... forgive the bitch comment. I'm sure she's a perfectly reasonable submissive "maid" assassin.

Apparently Mint isn't the only one with really strong legs (4dayz), look at all those conclusions I jumped to. :D

Yeah, it was made more clear this chapter, but even the 'bad guys' aren't totally in the know about what's going on. They have a better idea now, but when Alexandra first set out to 'deal with the problem' she clearly didn't understand the extend of it.

As for a team up, we'll see. She did just vow to kill Mint in no subtle terms.

Things got dicey real quick, and this is just one of the twenty something released creatures. Looking forward to see what other zany monsters you come up with.
(Also, am I the only one who is getting a parasyte vibe?)

Parasite I have seen. The similarities wound me, now that you mention it. This will not be about conservation of wildlife habitats, don't you worry.

Good to know this battle royal isn't about saving the environment. Thx Arty.

You've definately got my rapt attention with this story. My only problem so far is that "Mint" is the name of my asshole boss, so I'm having way too much trouble connecting with the main character just from that. </3

Also, RIP chicken.

Seriously? Someone in real life goes by the name Mint? That's astounding. Apologies for the coincidence.
