Normally she keeps them there until she's not aroused anymore (which can take a long time, especially since girls don't tire out as quickly as guys when it comes to these kinds of things)
Only exception is if she passes out for too long and accidentally digests them or if she thinks they are evil and deserve it.

I couldn't stop thinking about it to the point of having to draw it and put it in my pocket at work so I could focus on actually working XD
