With the last of the dried out desiccated husks cleared away by the Manservants, the Countess allowed herself to finally relax. It had been a glorious party, an extravagant hedonistic glut that would have made even the most richest of nobles green with envy.

*SLOSH*

Though as of right now it was the Countess herself that was feeling a bit green.

The last wave of adventurers might have been a few too many, and even though she had prided herself in being able to slate her thirst with wanton abandon, even she had limits to her gorging, which she was feeling the repercussions of right now.

An errant gas bubble burst past her lips and the Countess hastily covered her mouth with her fan to try and muffle the embarrassingly rude belch that echoed in the courtyard. Flushing a crimson red from her lack of manners, the Countess moaned as she massaged the grossly huge swell of her bloated gut with her free hand, trying to soothe the turbulent motions of the red ocean swirling in her middle as her poor stomach tried to process a lake's worth of blood.

As she contemplated waddling away back to her domain in order to rest and digest her load, she heard the faint buzzing of activity in the distance. It was the tell tale sign that a new group of adventures had entered the Courtyard. The Countess groaned, knowing that more than likely this group would be fated to end up like the rest of their brethren.

As her belly let out a bubbling roar of indigestion, the Countess hoped she would have enough room to accommodate the foolish adventurers for the inevitable festivities that awaited them.

Happy Halloween folks. Thought it would be a nice and timely to get something Darkest Dungeon related during this month. So I decided to go with the eponymous Countess, drawn by the very talented  CrossCrescent during their stream today! Hope you enjoy it!
