Lain moves through life taking small timid steps in her husbands shadow. This changes when their trusted counselor comes up with a way to teach Lain to take control of her life. The plan starts to work, but nothing in life is free...
This story does get quite dark at the end, so I put a break and a note letting you know when to stop reading if it's not your thing.
TL:DR
Okay so this is Day 8 of my Nut November writing challenge and this might be my least favorite thing that I've made so far. If it wasn't for the midnight deadline, I would have just scraped it.
I tried to go for a more serious style and I just think it was poorly executed and really had no reason to be so dry. But hey, if you never miss, you never get better.
Full story:
Originally, I wanted to call this "Couples Counseling" but that name was taken. My bad. Now you're stuck with Conspiring. I would come up with something better but I'm too tired and I have a deadline.
So yeah basically I stayed up writing four stories yesterday which really threw off my schedule. Then today I was helping a friend clean and then taking care of a few things and... I just ran out of time.
So I'm tired, I want to sleep, but I know if I go to bed then I might not be up in time to edit my stories and upload one before midnight. So I just picked this one to be a sacrificial lamb since I hated it anyway.
I pretty happy with the other three I made and once I edit those I'll be at least 3 days ahead of schedule going into the weekend... So be excited for those coming up in the next few days.

No reason why two stories can't be called couple's counseling. If it fits use it. You have my blessing though you didn't really need it to name your story however you like.

Oh no way you stumbled across my story. I thought about messaging you like "Ah you beat me to it".
And yeah I know I CAN, but it makes it more confusing to look up. Thanks though!

Not usually my speed but this was delightfully twisted, well done

Yeah, it was hella dry. I do like the concept of a story with 100% of the time spent in the belly though.
