They are much cheaper so anyone with a modest income can buy more than enough usually. But still it is a consumable resource.

Speak8ng of your game:are the updates gonna be for free? Are the Patroen supporters gonna get updates sooner? And are there exclusive patreon rewards in the game for them? Also sorry for the shit question but when's the next update?

The game remains free and I intend to keep it that way. Updates come at the same time for everyone. The patreon serves solely as a way to give me a reason to develop it. I keep completely busy on commissions alone. So as long as it has financial support through patreon I'll keep working on it. Otherwise I'll switch over to commissions fully.
The patron rewards are basically directing me in what content you'd like to see in the game for higher levels, one person wanted to see a chubby guidance counselor so I obliged. Although some of the lower levels can form up into side stories as well. One in particular has the main character's sister sending lewd texts.
Next update is when I get more done. There isn't a set date really. I'll collect Jan 31st and lock in the rewards. Then I'll start making the patron rewards Feb 1st. Probably an update ready by mid-late Feb.

None on the photomanipulation front. I think I might be the only one.
The taste of adventure is similar in some ways. A castaway's tale has a good open world feel to it but is devoid of illustrations last I checked. My favorite on the emotional/mechanics side of things is A high stakes game. Although I admit to cheating that game heavily because I don't have time to grind anymore *shrug*

I'm actually not aware of any non web based vore games that compile against android. I've only done it on a whim.
