I gotta agree with you, on both topics! Originally this was just one prey, but another writer suggested that it would be a shame to have that large belly only contain ONE human... ;)

There'll be some pretty nice lizard vore coming up soon too, if we can get it finished.

He's probably right :D. IMIHO, vore is something intimate so when pred eat many preys, each one recevies less attention.

Heh, with the frequency that the pellis seem to steal each other's pets or do other things to annoy each other, I'm surprised there aren't any cases of them deciding to devour each other as well.

Absolutely loved the scene with the three humans getting coated in the mush left over from a former meal. Prey soaking in their predator's last meal is definitely a plus for me.

Also I really like that at least one of the humans was partially unwilling in this story.

Heh. This universe was designed with no human/human or anthro/anthro vore, largely because the artist refuses to draw it... but I like the sense that humans are born into this society to be food, that there's a definite sense of a two-tiered system, if that makes sense?

I liked writing the partially-unwilling scene here, though I doubt there'll be any TRULY unwilling (begging, pleading, screaming) scenes in the game. I wrote one of those and it kicked me into a week-long mental funk, not doing that again XD I prefer writing willing stuff, even if I enjoy *reading* unwilling vore stories.

(And human prey soaking in mush from their pred's prev meal is a huge turn-on for me; that will happen several more times in the next few stories I'll be posting :3)

Yeah, those are both pretty good reasons for the world building choices and they also feel natural for the setting. And yeah, I know how it feels when you write something that really doesn't feel good for you. There are a few stories of mine that never got finished for invoking that kind of feeling.

Also, really looking forward to some more of that content when it comes out.

How come this story is no longer canon? Are reptiles not gonna be in the finished game? That would be a real shame, snake anthros are my favorite preds!

There will still be snake preds in the story! But this scene never quite felt right (the snake is a bit too uncaring of your desires), and needs revisions before fitting into the story.
