Took me 12 Hours to do Rosa's body alone, and another three for the scenery of the park alone.
Here's the finished and more detailed product. I used paint on my Windows so sorry if the coloring seem's childish.
The story of the photo is set on the day after she had unbirthed Nessa and Gail.

Rosa huffed as she leaned against the park's stone bench, slipping her feet out of her runners for a second before she bent forward, stretching out her back.
Her normal daily routine hadn't changed that much, since taking the girls into her womb, though with being on the first day of her vacation, she had plenty of time to keep herself in shape while her daughter Rae was at the local daycare.
One of her normal routines during the day was to take a midday run, and she hadn't stopped doing that, despite the extra weight on her front from the night before.
Rosa groaned as she felt Nessa and Gail thrashing about inside her womb. She could feel that they were desperately searching for a way to escape.
"Relax you two. You're going to be fine, I promise I'm only doing this for your own good." Rosa sighed as she rubbed over her squirming mass of belly. "You have nothing to worry about. I'm always going to love you, and I'll take good care of you. So please, settle down for mommy?"
This didn't seem to calm the girls down at all, as their struggling continued throughout her soothing motions. She could feel they were scared, even crying, waiting for Sal to come and save them. It broke her heart to feel this, but she just wanted what was best for them. She was starting to feel regret for what she had done. Yet there was no going back at this point, as their regression had already begun into her pregnancy, and would be nothing more than ten week old fetuses by the end of the week, or so.
She looked around the park with a smile, trying to stay positive, before spotting someone. It was a photographer, and from the looks of it, he was selling souvenir photo's he took.
"Excuse me?" She called to him.
The photographer spotter her, and came over right away.
"Is something the matter?" The photographer asked.
"Everything's fine. I'm actually on a bit of a vacation right now, and I was wondering if I could commission you to take a photo of me to commemorate it?" Rosa asked.
"Of course." The photographer smiled. "My rates are half off for an expectant woman."
"That's so sweet of you." Rose smiled. "Hold on, I wanna do a little pose."
Rosa moved herself around a bit, before she posed, with her back to the photographer, her face looking directly at the camera with one eye, with her left foot raised, pointed somewhat at the camera, catching a gleaming shine coming off the sweat on her breasts and left shoulder. The mostly clear blue skies, the fountain, and the open planes of the park in perfect view of the shot.
When she took the photo for inspection, she saw that Gail and Nessa had made imprints of their hands and faces on the lower parts of her belly right as the photo snapped, which explained why she suddenly went a little wobbly after a hard motion shook her after the shot was taken.
"Thank you." Rosa smiled, reaching between her breasts to pull out her wallet, and give the young gentleman a ten.
"Have a nice day ma'am." The photographer smiled heading off, leaving Rosa with two copies of the photo.
"Hmm, I should probably give one to Sal, when he's adjusted to the situation." Rosa sighed, feeling guilty for manipulating him like she did, but she had to in order to keep the girls inside her. "Stop thinking like that Rosa, it's not as if the two of your are gonna start dating or anything." Rosa groaned, slipping her Velcro strapped shoes back on, as she continued to run, the envelope with the pictures safely inside her sports bra. "I think I'll come back here with Rae tomorrow. I know she'll love being at the park, she always goes for climbing trees. What's the worst that could happen?"

It's really cool that you've taken on drawing. The first always take long, but don't get discouraged! Keep on, this is looking impressive for a beginner! Don't give up!

"What's the worst that could happen?" And at that moment, Rosa doomed herself. Even if I hadn't read your ending to "Mothers", I knew she set herself up to fail. Still, great drawing and tie in story. And I love the detail on Rosa herself, even if the background is a bit generic, at least there is a background, it's not just Rosa in a pink room or something like that. Love your work, especially your stories.

Can you also draw the situation in original story of 'stomach enVaeshun' that Rosa got eaten by a man?

And the specific scene I want is the guy just had eaten Rosa and standing in the room that he ate Rosa. And I suddenly want a original picture. For original,the guy with Rosa in his stomach, Sal and Kristina talking on the road as Sal asking the guy to let her out and explaining that Rosa is having his ex-sisters in her womb.

Okay, first, you're asking a lot of me, for a newbie artist.
Second, I'm not into M/F Vore, I only favorited it, because of the pregnancy elements, in it.
Third, I don't do requests. I do either trades of commissions.

Can't help but keep on looking back at this art piece after all this time, for inspiration. And all I'd say at a glance, is two things...
A? Would there be sort-of sequels, with those twins 'mid-regressed' to a more round pregnant belly, or at a "first trimester" status?
And B: ... Almost, tempted in one day having an art commission from you. In a sense of this art style being just right, I guess? :)
