Luna is now living with her master Alex, and although it's to much hassle to take her to a hunting zone to chase down prey, modern technology makes it easy for preds looking for a meal to find prey.

Yeah, "big tough pred girls submit to me" is basically a summary of the fetishes that got me to write this part. I just really enjoy the thought of giant, muscular anthro women who tower over me wearing a leash and calling me master, so I wrote the character of Alex as a sort of wish fulfillment.

I mean, I disagree, I added in the mention that the regen would take the sisters a couple of months to explain why it was something they could do to get money for their mom, after all if it was quick and easy everyone would do it.
But I would like to know why you think that it doesn't work for this universe.

It works and I am glad to know that it is not something everyone can afford. However, I think it would work better for the narrative if Luna was so desperate to find an someone to dominate her but also let her be the predictor that she is that she was willing to risk her life. She is a predator, she likes to hunt and eat meat but she also wants to be a pet. Alex outlined the conditions behind this meant risking him wanting to eat her. Knowing she can (and having read the next story, will) come back from it then there is very little risk in giving up that freedom. Also, the girls sacrifice their lives for their mom's education sounds better than them selling their current bodies and reforming making them some kind of meat prostitute.
Reforming does work and I uselessly prefer it, if it is established before the prey agree to be prey to set the stakes. other wise it comes off as a deus ex machina
Still a great story regardless I really like the master pet dynamic and the fact they are both predators just one is below the other and submissive to him.

I get what you're saying, but for me the big draw of writing this story was never the risk factor of cooking vore, it was creating a world where something absolutely wonderful (death being not a big deal) was used to create a society where some of the biggest taboos we have are commonplace. The cheapening of the body, to the point where "oh just sell yourself for meat" is a reasonable thing for people to say, is a major kink for me.
It's nice to hear that you still like the story despite disagreeing on the regen part though.

I can see someone down on their luck pulling a Rambo, first blood in the red zone evading capture and non lethally dealing with any predators that come after them until they have earned enough to become a millionaire.

That would be a good way to earn cash, if they could pull it off.
They would have to be in the zone for days, and word would spread across the city, causing more and more experienced hunters to arrive to prove their worth, wearing them down with constant fights, but they keep going, because they are going to earn $1,000,000 in one sitting and no one is going to stop them.
That is a really interesting idea for a story, thanks.
