Little Lamia in the Big City (REDUX) is a crowd-funded series to rewrite an old vore story I had written back in 2010 about a chubby pink naga who has to learn to live in a modern city.
This chapter was funded by Nap25.

Holidays almost over for me at work. Sorry again these are taking so long to post.
I don't remember if I proof read this one so please tell me about mistakes or weirdly worded sentences. I just wanted to get this one out already.

How the heck did Umbra get out of there on her own? I honestly did not see that one coming.

Kira doesn't see what happened and ergo the reader doesn't, but I'll spoil it here since nobody else will ever see it.
Fiona does spit her out, but by then, Umbra is already too upset with her to care. Fiona would have been better off keeping Umbra down.

Alas, this is what being mean gets her. Fiona had known Umbra for a while. She *knows* that swallowing her is off limits.

Not really fair however to kill Fiona when umbra only got the chance because Fiona did not kill umbra.

Love the chapters i've read of this story, but honestly this line here, "She *knows* that swallowing her is off limits." If she knew that she would be wise enough to know letting her out was her own demise. Pretty lame deus way to off a character but it is what it is. Fun reads nonetheless.

Amazing chapter! Of course, any chapter where you write a character being digested is good, but this one was really stand out! Great job!

arh well, looks like Mithra is back as best (and currently, only) sea-naga.
It also seems like next to none of the constantly-hungry nagas are surviving. First Noel, and now Fiona.
It is a bit sad too, seeing as all the three nagas that Kira met at that "prey" club are now deceased.
In this world, showing mercy is a death sentence, and being too predatory is a death sentence, and I kinda like that. brings balance.
Looking forward to see what is to come in 2020! (merry christmas, and a happy new year).

"being too predatory is a death sentence" Honestly like that. I don't see how a society could function of people like Fiona went unchecked forever.

Indeed. in Fiona's case, mercy was what killed her. But in Noel's case, it was a constant win-streak that made her arrogant, and cost her, her life.
It keeps things fresh, in that not a single approach is the best, but a healthy mixture of both. Neela was almost downed by Terra as well, when she though she couln't be beat, but got surprised.
It keeps things exciting, because we as an audience cannot be sure who comes out on top. That, and the fact that predator-nature would be too OP otherwise (we do not need an ouroboros class naga in chapter 1 ^^*)

Another wonderful addition to the story progression. I really enjoy Umbra, and that is a very to-the-point way of reinforcing a "don't poke the bear" kind of living. Love the digestive punishment, and loving the teasing. I can't describe just how much I want Umbra to be the one to turn Kira into fat.
Looking forward to more entries!

I wonder, do dri(d)ders/arachne exist in this 'verse? Because that would provide a very unique and new predatory experience for Kira: being trussed up in silk and completely immobilized before being slurped up.
Also, why do I have a strong feeling that Leyla didn't make it past (in-universe) last night?

Oohh, that could be fun. Although, dridders always struck me as more the blood sucking type. But yes, there are dridders. They are exceedingly rare however.
