From the looks of it, it's probably a deer and one of the Able sisters. I could be wrong though.

Both of these ladies are treasures and I gotta say you drew them well. I really like the contrasting outlooks you show between them, both in the dialogue and even how they treat their bellies. Really takes a picture like this to the next level!
