Full is right Futaba, full of lies! (but also Ann) and she's not wrong, maybe it's a Freudian slip on her part. Regardless here is September's 5th place winner Futaba!
Being known for her unusual eating habits and having a big (and I mean BIG) appetite; it's no surprise if some of Futaba's friends... or random beach goers... or anyone who bumps into her in a dark alley would end up as her meal. Maybe this will finally make her voluptuous enough to entice Joker and romance him? Or maybe she overheard him saying he likes a woman who swallows.
Since this is a beach image, I felt compelled to throw in a nervous crab who's infamous for being dragon girl chow. He'll be fine don't worry. The background women are based off of NPCs found at the beach during your adventures in Persona too, save for the preg one. On top of all that this colored sketch was alluded to in Makoto's sequence, which you can find here

An finally I made several alternative versions that are up on Patreon right now.
The first is a follow up/faster digestion vore image, the second is vanilla stuffing, the third more of a pure fat pot belly, the fourth is preg and finally the last is a flat tummy Futaba.
