Actually, in vanilla P5 Mona confirms he is indeed a boy multiple times (the main time being right after your first trip to Mementos), but it DOES give the player the choice to say he is a girl (or a bus, to which Mona will scold the player). Still, love the pic and I am really happy to see you extended it from the original sketch!
Now BETA Mona, they were most definitely more female influenced.
