Heyheyhey! I like how you developed your own ideas behind the story's premise and setting and characters! The detail was excellent, the dialogue hit the right notes... it's a crime this doesn't have more attention!
(I see you are a user of the many, many tags for one story as well!)

Thank you, and it's interesting about that. I'm paying close attention to which of my stories seem to be more popular, and that influences my future work. "Doing Well", for example, is a runaway success. If my next stories with similar themes have the same success, then that tells me something.
There are more tags on the story than I would prefer, just because there's a lot of existing redundancy in the system. Previously, I had only used tags to search for things, and I only recently learned that you can choose to "watch" specific tags and have those posts appear on your message page even if you're not watching the artist who posted it. But I have no way of knowing which, if any, of the tags someone might rely on for that purpose. Someone interested in plant girls, for instance, might be watching the tag "Plant Girl" but not be watching the tag "plantgirl", so if I only used one of those tags, they might not see it.

Oh what an interesting sort of tension, betrayal built on promises! I feel like if I were the mouse, I'd be a bit miffed at the kitty. But I'd probably also just let her eat me in the first place, at least if she promises to be gentle!~ (Very gently ripping me to pieces)

> "I can't promise that!" Talia retorted. "That's why I want to catch you!"
That part was super cute, btw. And just the whole playful and lighthearted hunting scene between the two was very fun.

I love how playfully you've characterized this world. Life and death as fun and games.
