This is the last of the lead-up to the biggest prize pig of a "chapter" I have ever written for this story. Or any other story, thinking over it. This was done a while ago, but because I am not altogether evil, I have held it in reserve until the following chapter was ready.

I would VERY much like to hear people's thoughts on this chapter though; it may be short, but it's one of those places I've tried to put in some actual character moments and emotions among the vore. If you couldn't tell from the disclaimer, this isn't meant to be a happy chapter, and I want to know if it comes across well or too grimdark and DRAAAAAMMMMMAAAAAA!!!!

First off, "nothing funny at the end of the disclaimer" becomes inherently funny just because of the irony and how it lampshades itself. Meta-humor, eetz vary goot.

That snake/pet/McDouble having a moment where it almost cares for his masters was a neat touch.

You continue to do your readers well, giving us details and references in places where it smoothly fits the story to help our poor brains recall some of the older bits of the story and world as they become pertinent again.

As for the content, it was good; eloquent and interesting, it moved the plot along.

I'm glad the call-backs are appreciated; I'd hate for readers to feel like I'm being too repetitive

Hey yo, just a heads up, Eka's is loading your text into the box off-center due to the file format. This means people on mobile (even in desktop mode) have to shuffle the text left and right in the box just to read it properly. Uploading the file as Word 97-03 (.doc) will fix this problem though.

Thanks for the heads-up. For some reason I’m not getting that problem on my own phone; is it all my stories, or just the recent ones?

Some of your older ones (3-4yrs) are ok but most of your stuff from 2yrs to present has this problem. This story, for example, has it. What mobile browser are you using? I'm on Firefox for android.

Safari, of all things. Well, thanks for the info; I’ll work on updating things
