I've been playing around in my spare time with the idea of a hypothetical tactical RPG based on the modern Fire Emblem games with developed characters and relationships, of course with a primary focus on monster girls and vore stuff (I know about Vore War, and I fucking love it, but I wish there was something more character-driven and less sandbox-y with similar gameplay). Here are two hypothetical party members I came up with. Now we just need a tank and a healer...
Disclaimer, though: I AM NOT ACTUALLY MAKING THIS GAME.
I just thought it would be a fun concept to explore through art and character design.

Looks great, I like the characterization of the two. Have you considered making a pelican harpy similar to https://aryion.com/g4/view/367965 and https://aryion.com/g4/view/418193 ? I think that design would fit nicely with your ideas. Keep up the good work! I always look forward to your uploads :)

Thanks man!!
I hadn't thought about making a pelican harpy before, so I just might do that someday, but as for the RPG stuff I want to hit a wide range of monster girls so I wouldn't want to do two harpies right off the bat.

I've been working a bit on a game of my own. Do you have any suggestions on what would work as an enemy against dwarves and elves?

After giving it some thought, I think it would depend on how deep you would want to go into thematics. Both of these have evil variants, being drow and duergar, plus driders and other creatures of the dark like ratfolk or other demi-arthropods would be a safe bet for their opposition.
Alternatively, both of these cultures often value their long lifespans, nature, and creation, so you could turn that on its head and have them face body horror and eldritch type stuff like illithids and powerful undead like revenants and flesh golems.

I like your line of thinking.
In the first iteration of the game, I had spiderpeople fight against the wood elves and kobolds fight against the dwarves.
In the expansion I was thinking that you'd fight against high elves and iron dwarves.
