Fluttershy taking a moment to stare down upon the festering mess that was all that remained of a pair of well-processed ponies, that she had just had the pleasure of pushing out of her ponut. The inspecting her now faecal friends with a morbid curiosity, as the inquisitive equine always found an odd interest in see how well her buttery body had metabolized its most recent meal of mare meat. The delicious double dinner that had been the most recent slushed session in her stomach seemed pretty standard, as she took a moment to look upon the steaming mound of fresh manure.

The Pegasus’s snout crinkling at the strong smell emanating from the excrement, but the septic stench did little to deter her eyes from skirting along the greasy length of the cooling coil of chocolatey clay. Fluttershy finding nothing special in the rectally reconstituted remains of her sentient snacks, as just like everything else the equine ate, her piping had painted the poop a uniform healthy brown. The moist mulch of bowel bleached biomass stained with rich hazel hues, as the plump pegamare’s plumbing had rendered her protesting passenger’s down into a pretty standard sight for those who regularly partook in pony prey when they grew peckish.

The dirty dung that composed the girthy scat snake interlaced with all manner of enzyme ravaged indigestibles, that peppered the putrid pile of ex-equine with little clues about the identities of the ingested. The pudgy pegamare recognizing some of the larger bones in the long stretch of scat, as she had felt the corroded clumps of chunky calcium pleasantly slither over her straining sphincter. The tender ring of the parted pucker giving her salacious snippets of the fermented features of what she had shat out, as the varying consistency of the crackling curl of crap against her ajar anus had tickled her tailhole most enjoyably well the transitioning turd thumped free of the throbbing threshold.

Every soft splat birthed from the twitching tailstar embedded with disgusting details, that included greasy clumps of ruined technicolour hair, acid pitted bones, congealed keratin and phlegmy feathers, that littered the logs of the rectal release with a putrid peppered assortment of the mare’s meal’s more stubborn components. Fluttershy spotting one of Applejack’s hair red hairbands, peeking out of the messy mountain the mare had raised, though the caustic chemical batch of the Pegasus’s churning stomach had left the accessory along with the earth pony who had been wearing it more than a little worse for wear.

The slimy slab of well-used pony protein creating a rather dense deposit of pungent putty after its short stint through Fluttershy’s cosy colon. The brewed bowel movement had left easy enough though, as the colourful fur from her pulped patients had created a firm fibre that was had trickled through the Fluttershy’s gurgling guts in a rather agreeable manner. The shared slurry of soupy slush that had been Applejack and Rainbow Dash, smoothly transforming into a thick turd after their twisting trip through the element of kindness’s tight tubing.

The simmering stew well sorted by the engorged intestines, which sapped the sluice of its caloric value, leaving just the innutritious artifacts to cascade out of Fluttershy’s cigar cutter. The additional adipose gained from such an indulgence leaving the podgy Pegasus’s rump rounder and her tummy tubbier, as every facet of her plush frame seemed to have been padded with chubby curves from such a massive meal. Fluttershy’s wing tracing the curvaceous contours of her filled out flanks, as she felt out her rotund rear, clearly pleased with the gains, well she concluded her inspection of the fetid fudge. One last glance at the mighty dollop of disgorged droppings more than enough, and with that the equine casually wiped her raw rosebud clean of any lingering residue. The mare swaying slightly as she stooped, not quite used to her more stern orientated centre of gravity, but with a little waggle, she stabilised herself, allowing her to polish her plump ponut to its normally pristine splendour.

The now-empty equine basking in the aftermath, as though her snacks had started stubborn with their little tummy tantrum, after their time out they had relaxed and added nicely to the portly pegamare’s flabby figure. The mare taking a few waddling steps, before lounging onto her side, as the tubby therapist was more than a little tuckered out after the exertion of releasing her creamy crap. The mare vowing that this was more than enough appetite induced adventure for one day, as she scooped up Applejack’s discarded hat, as she claimed a still damp trophy from her fattening feast. Fluttershy just taking in the scope of her doughy derrière, as for such athletic and toned mare’s Applejack and Rainbow had been more than a little bloating on her bubbly buttocks. The pegapony cupping a gentle feel of her bloated buns, before with a relaxed sigh she made one more teasing remark to her newest layer of squishy lard to hang off her haunches.

“Ever since our therapy session you’ve been such softies I just can’t help but want to sit back and relax with you~…”

After squeezing out her session, Fluttershy takes a moment to examine her handy work, along with appreciating the ample additions her massive meal has made to her much more filled-out figure...
