Baby gas: Class, Safe
Anyone who inhales this gas has their stomach temporarily expand out in a way that makes the individual appear pregnant. This effect happens regardless of the sex or gender but only seems to effect intelligent beings of a mature age.
The gas has addictive properties and repeated exposure to the gas has shown to cause permanent pregnancy, with each exposure increasing the likelihood of it becoming permanent.

The one I was thinking of when I wrote this comment was actually not real apparently, I remembered a fan article from maisen wrong. But I do know a REAL one is a giant boob monster which makes all mammals feel an irresistible urge to suckle it.
