A new character I've been working on for the past few days, Chip!
Chip was just a (mostly) normal high school guy, until one day he discovered he'd grown massive tits.
Now an adult, his style has mostly been influenced by his mother and sister treating him as a doll. Absolutely no hesitation in letting people know he's a guy, but he's gotta admit that he might as well look great when he's got a rack like that.
