I plenty sure that Poppy has plenty of prey in factory to keep her satisfied but she will have to share her meals with other sentient toys like Mommy long legs.

Poppy could have eaten any people who went to the factory after it was shutdown as people could have gone there to look for stuff to sell since Playtime Co was shut down for 10 years and Poppy would have been a goldmine since she's possibly the original prototype of the Poppy Playtime dolls.
