COMING NEXT YEAR:
IDOL MONTH!
LORE BYTE!
Pagan Gods: Kranny Yargril:
Every pagan god has a domain they best represent, for surface dwelling gods, their domains tend to be more solid and of their own creation, for instance, The Mechanist represents machinery, The Oaken Lady represents the Fae and Ti-Malla represents all thing draconic, while the gods of the Under-Empire tend to represent spheres of a more metaphysical influence, like Desiree, who embodies the concepts of lust and beauty, Ocyira who represents the concept of mad science or Hark Dand, who guards the DEEPEST LORE (whatever that might be), but no matter what, they always tend to represent one specific thing, or a small group of related spheres.
Kranny Yargril, or ‘The Hag’ as she is more commonly known, does not follow this rule, over the centuries, she has been known to represent concepts like, broken dreams, free market capitalism, the hoarding of knowledge, the creation of monsters, pranks, and many, MANY more.
Generally, the Pagan Gods are a crass, flippant group who care little for laws and rules (Beyond their own accords of course), but Kranny Yargril has consistently makes them look like a boardroom full of lawyers in comparison.
Many of the ancient ruins and doomsday prophecies found in The World Within can in some way be linked to The Hag, often the result of one of her ‘little pranks’, she has also been known to raid the labs of The Father of Monsters, Ocyera, on occasion ‘liberating’ many of his experiments.
Needless to say, other Pagan Gods despise her, even more than they hate each other, and have all banned her from entering their territories, although there isn’t much they can do to stop her, instead being forced to hunt her down and extract her by force whenever she makes her presence known.
Currently, there are rumours that the vore focused ‘Idol group’ that’s been taking The World Within by storm and their mysterious manager, Madame Foreman, may be linked to The Hag in some kind of new scheme, but these rumours are (so far) unsubstantiated.
