I must be honest, if you think it straight, it doesn't make any sense at all (what makes sense about vore after all?)... BUT I find it hot as hell, so I'm always using it if I can. Don't see too much of that around here, which is a shame.

Actually a human can't swallow another human whole IRL. Just think it this way: if you can swallow a girl whole, your throat, when relaxed, should be wide enough for someone else to see through, if you actually want to show off your prey.

Honestly, if there were an alternative ending where she does just that... It'd be horrific, if she didn't 'die/digest' (intentionally). Just to feel Alice, melt in front of her eyes...
Then, stuck being 'cradled'. With the taunt of she could join her, if she just begged?

hmmm, im not sure if this is the darkest panel youve created.
like , emily and gabi have had some really dark moments. what with gabi being a walking massacre and showing her twisted mentality around witnesses and family members who have survived one of her massacres . or the multiple instances of gabi eating people who we got to watch be built up over the courseof the story only for an innocent mistake to make her snap and kill them.
but this, this is different because emily knows for certain what will happen to her . She knows for certain she will die a slow ,agonizing death . where she will be burned and crushed to death by her sister.
combine that with Emily realizing that she doesnt want to live in a world without alice. it feels as if emily is considering suicide.
like with romeo and juliet , shes actually considering suicide to be with alice in death
im not sure if this is the darkest one you created , but it definitely works . it makes you want to read more to see what happens

I don't think Gabi's acids burn people since we never hear screams of pain from her victims in any of the other comics. The acids might act more like a soothing effect while the people melt so they don't start screaming bloody murder over the acids ripping into them.

as one of the OG writers for the wiki , im pretty sure they do. nothing about gabis digestion is soothing. its acknowledged in the stories. i think its not higlighted in the comics because of spacing and limiting he number of panels

It kind of depends on if Gabi has control over the way her stomach acids feel cause in Fun in Concert, she has Emily in her stomach and she doesn't get digested which shows she has control over her stomach acids to keep people from being digested.

i think its less control over how the acids feel and more so that she took a ton of antacids before swallowing gabi for that comic. because thats the only one where someone goes in and comes out alive

Nah it's pretty horrific and kattu definitely leans into a 'realistic' sense of how dying in a belly would be like.
Sadism as a center trait of the predator characters runs rampant and I always figured that it was a intentional detail.
It makes their weak "I have to" justifications (especially Gabi) all the more weak and come off as denying their enjoyment.
Them acting kind and nice one moment and then condemning entire families to the horrors of their belly is a recurring theme :P

Realistic in this universe to me is 3 things. 1. That digestion is painful and that during Fun in Halloween, one of Gabi's victims says that the stomach is too tight which is also shown in Fun in Concert.
2. When it comes their " I have to" justifications as you said I consider it weakest in Jill and Jenny since they have no sympathy but for Gabi and her family, it's stronger if not the strongest since we do see that Gabi does try to live a normal life but then something goes wrong and messes up her plans, Evelyn and Jacob are trying protect Gabi which expains their cruelty while Emily is shown to be the most sadistic out of her family as she has given her friends except for Alice to Gabi and has tricked Gabi multiple times in order to see her eat people.
3. Gabi has a better moral compass then Jill or Jenny as Jenny was very close to eating Lily in Staying for dinner which would have happened if Gabi didn't show up to say that Lily is her friend while Jill tries very hard to make Gabi let go of her sympathy for the people she eats which would probably cause some rift between Lily and Gabi since they both agree that the people who get caught in the crossfire of Gabi eating someone who tounched her boobs or hurt her friends and family didn't deserve to get eaten.
The reason I sympathize with Gabi and her family is that they are a normal family, they want to be on good terms with people and they want the best for each other but if the world learned of Gabi being able to eat people, Gabi would either be expirmented on or killed while her family and Lily would probably be jailed for life since they would be considered accomplices to the mass murder of innocent people. Jill and Jenny would probably end up in the same situation as Gabi if the world found out about them being able to eat people too.
Samantha is in kind of a grey area because while she does eat innocent people who don't deserve to get eaten, her parents are the real villains as they neglected her and treated her like a animal so they deserved getting eaten plus if Jill died and Lily was jailed, no one would be able to help Samantha which more then likely would cause Samantha to become distent from people trying to help since Lily and Jill are the only ones who truly understand Samantha which is why Lily doesn't want Emily to find out about Samanatha as she would probably use her like a puppet and once Samantha figures out Emily is using her and doesn't see her as a friend like Gabi does then Emily will get Samantha's wrath on her which would probably result in her getting eaten and possibly digested if she doesn't apologize to Samantha for using her and promises never to do it again.

Samanthas parents were not evil lol, imagine if your daughter died because of your other child, and you know that something like that can happen to you

Gabi's family do try to be a normal family, they take vacations, they live in a neighborhood, they are good people. Samantha accidently almost swallowed her sister because she was sleepwalking, they locked her at home with very little food and only cartoons to watch, they treated her like an animal all because of an accident. They are evil for what they did to her plus the fact that no one found out what they did to her until Samantha told Lily in The unexpected cousin, that's why they deserved to get eaten. They probably would have left her locked at home for the rest of her life if she didn't eat them.

doomed is right: the acids are indeed painful and Gabi has no control over digestion, she just took a bunch of antacids to stop digestion for a period of time.

Thinking back on this, if there were ever a digestive alternative ending to this? (Or was it implied?)
Emily wouuld probably have been more traumatised, if she was unfortunate to see the digestion happen 'live'. If going by "Alice covered by digestive enzymes, and melting in front of her". But then, it'd likely be a sort of 'graphic digestion' tier of horror.

Before this, I always saw Gabi as more of an average pred. There were the talks of mass murder, but that's just par for the course in this fetish.
But here, I'm seeing her as a complete psychopath, murdering her sister's girlfriend for her own satisfaction and then offering to kill her to have them reunite!

Same. Emily NEEDS Alice. I know for a fact that, if Alice were to know the truth (without this to terrify her), she'd be more of a voice of reason to Emily. Someone to help her spend time NOT doing vore-related stuff with Gabi.

I dont feel bad for Emily cause she has been TERRIBLE to Alice for so damm long, I just feel sorry for Alice; but well, at least now Emily will understand how Gabi feels doing due those "pranks" to people she knows and care.
And GOD DAMM THAT LAST PANNEL IS FREAKKING AMAIZING!. As someone who love inside shoots of mouths and internals, that one is one of the BEST I had seen!.

I got NO sympathy for Emily. She's a TERRIBLE human being. She literally lures other people to man-eaters just for kicks. At least Gabi feels bad and is partially compelled by her biology, Emily is just "evil".
She deserves every bit of bullying she gets so neh~
Still though...I'm not one to relish in another's pain. And im sure Emily will get through this somehow. I also don't think Gabi would eat someone just to get back at Emily...she's hungry but not sadistic (that would be Jill).

Gabi and Emily are actually sisters. Here's what I think will happen is Emily will join Alice in Gabi's stomach and will get digested with her. Gabi will then realize that the cost of was her sister's life.

Y'know it's kind of wild because I don't think or can't remember there being a comic where Gabi eats Emily...AT ALL. So this is both super sad and super scary at the same time. Like I always knew they had a real hate/hate relationship with each other, but it feels kind of surreal to see it...end, you know? Idk how to explain it, it's just crazy!
I LOVE the art and it's extremely well done! But dang, something about this ending does kind of bring me down a little; definitively the freakiest and darkest part of a comic I've seen from you personally! But that's also what makes it hella cool!

As dark and grim as this is, I stand by wanting to see both of them end up in Gabi, Emily paying for her actions and making her friend Alice suffer the same fate right next to her. She has caused this pain for Gabi many times over already.
