Drew this at the beginning of the pandemic but sputtered out when it came coloring time. Thanks to NeedADispenserHere for a little French history lesson and name selection :)
BIO:
Saint Cendre is a witch who hails from a village in the Languedoc province of France. A proficient practitioner of fire magic, she would travel to blighted farmland and incinerate the brush, allowing the magic-infused ash to mix with the dirt and create a more fertile soil. She was paid modestly and beloved by those in rural areas. The crops flourished.
During the inquisition, those in power were threatened by her generosity and had her swiftly executed. At the demand of the people, her body was buried in a local tomb where it rested for centuries. Recently, her existence came to light and she was exhumed, burned down to ash and returned to life by members of The Sisters of Salem. Now she heads a non-profit organization, using its popularity among the wealthy to funnel funds to her new coven. In her spare time, Cendre attends galas and events, seeking people of authority and power to consume in a twisted attempt at avenging her death.

You wear the choker after swallowing a meal so it has no chance of climbing back up ;)
