I really do love the concept of the "mundane" defeating the "powerful". Social media is also nice because it adds public humiliation and gloating in a fun way.

… it opens up the chance and follow-thought for others to do the same, like the civilians here did when the hero had used up 99% of her power and technically couldn’t fight back. How many times before she either *snaps* and dishes out what she was given, or, frustrated/paranoied, goes “fuck it” and refuses to help even when she might truely be the only one to stop the darkness and save the day, all because the others viewed her as food. (Pt.2)
