This idea was me wanting to do something with AV before the next big project, and a spontaneous desire to have a rainy picture that I can't explain.

Although I couldn't get this to what I imagined, it's rarely the case that artists can. The dark color palette is something I've only done a few times before, and I played around with a few types of shine before I came to this one. Overall quite pleased with the result.

Thanks for the heads up! Annoying but I'll have to host the files somewhere reliable I guess, I'm not a fan of how Ekas requires an individual upload for everything instead of being contained in a post like Twitter can do.

I think the attention to reflected light really made the rainier parts more convincing, looks good. Especially since you said you went over that aspect multiple times, and i know when i try and "nail" highlights like that i go a little insane with it being perfect then.

I have embraced more of the looser/rougher side of doing art meaning I'm not as much as a perfectionist as I used to be, but sometimes you just wanna keep going at some parts of a picture and nail it. I'm pretty satisfied for the extra work in this instance!
