Filo & Melty sleep together for the night with the former falling asleep in mere seconds, but as for the princess, she finds herself unable to sleep so easily, not with many thoughts going through her mind. Her desire to learn more about her voracious friend overpowers her, leading to decisions she cannot wriggle out of… not that she would want to.

Oh man, it's been quite some time since my last upload… hmh, what a severe lack of motivation can do to the mind, but it's improved enough and here we are! Season 3 starts next month so it felt fitting to write some more Shield Hero content and despite how much I've written in the past, I have never done a piece focusing on Filo and Melty. Given what sorts of things I'm into, one would think I would've written this already but hey, better late than never!

I did start working on this during the first half of August but as I mentioned, I felt a sudden lack of motivation throughout almost all of the second half of August. It's honestly a miracle I got back to this story considering when I do lose motivation, the story I'm working on at that time tends to be left in the dust… but not this one! I think it's the combination of my motivation improving again as well as the recent trailers for Season 3 that kept me from leaving this in the dark.

Anyways, I hope you all enjoy reading this as much as I had fun writing it~! It may have taken longer than necessary but I've finally added to the very small Filo/Melty content. :3
