Elizabeth was the first of Cindy's core friend group to become her friend. Being teased in school for being too skinny, too tall, and wearing unfashionable glasses, Elizabeth would jump onto the bandwagon whenever the other kids started teasing Cindy because it meant she wasn't being teased herself. She secretly liked Cindy however and would be friendly towards her in private, eventually growing more open about it over time.
Today she is one of Cindy's best friends but has never swallowed Cindy despite Cindy's early attempts at urging her to do so. Elizabeth suffers from predator anxiety and and becomes too nervous to eat prey when she is put in the position to do so.
