So in my last blog post I covered some of the things that were happening here on my end. Quick recap. Donald Trump won the presidential election. I'm an American and live in one of the reddest red states in the country. The election emboldened a lot of the locals to the point where it's no longer safe to openly be any variety of asexual or nonbinary (which my friend and I both fall under to one degree or another). But my friend and I are biologically the opposite sex from one another, so we decided to get married and go undercover as a "normal" straight couple until things blow over. And trust me, in our particular area, it's necessary. I've got neighbors who wear white sheets on the weekends, if you know what I mean...
