It would be for Marnie's sake, if her body can't handle that much food then the hospital would have to pump the meat chunks out of her stomach.

Beautiful work.

A funny thought occurred to me. I imagined Marnie arriving at the hospital and having a hard time explaining what happened, either because she's too nauseous or because she really doesn't want to explain that she ATE someone. And because of that, whoever's taking care of her jumps to an assumption and puts her in a maternity ward. The idea got a good snicker out of me anyway.

I specifically liked the 'crunch' of super-implied fatality on barb's part! I love that kind of 'almost-but-not-naked-so-its-more-appealing-in-a-way' aspect in vore senses like that - ou know what's underneath but you can let your imagination run wild with it!...not to harp too much on your picture here and how awesome it is (since it's amazingly awesome) just wanted to share my thoughts!
