Here we have a completely innocent Nidorina shortstack at a party, who is surely behaving herself. Did anybody actually even invite Rita to the birthday party? If anything, she probably invited herself. Maybe her thought process was that she gets to inherit all of the birthday guy's gifts if she eats him. Either way, it's hard for her to say no to free cake and party guests!

I'm posting this on January the 8th, which is my birthday! Normally I don't do too much with it, but today I decided to do something a little bit more fun for it. I never tried simple animation on something before now, but I think it made a cute drawing even more cute, in my opinion! I might experiment with this sort of thing more in the future, if folks like it.
