I am wondering how they get out of this, I'm half expecting the rest of the police to show up with an army, and half expecting a bad end for this chapter, Revenge of the Sith style, with Clauria devoured and Shotius captured. Then everything is resolved in a fourth chapter.

you're right, and I seriously considered using her old design, however she's going to be present a lot so I didn't want to add too much details on her character this time, since it would've take a long time to draw her each time, time that I don't have too much :/ I already put a lot of details on carol and in some picture I kind of regret it xD damn was it long to draw her.

I have a thought that passed me while I read the comic(pls be gentle):

Now that I think about it, if the organization(Pred Police) is that technologically advanced. Would not there be a like (an insurance maybe?) that if one is somehow were killed or digested, they could revive one back to life by making a backup of one's self?

If my theory(or thought) is correct (maybe...), then maybe Shotius's parents were not killed? (If only the father worked, somehow there was an insurance to include a backup of their spouse's?)

Maybe baby Shotius has not had a backup before the incident and that's why they gave up all the pills to Shotius so he would survive and the parents would just be respawned somewhere on the (revive station? I don't know haha).

But one thought passess, if this is correct... then why the parents did not show up to Shotius? and that's why my theory or thought may or may not be correct.


But...technologically advanced to where as Bedtime said in page 16, " where police carry a literal space distortion in their pockets xD ".
I'm somehow might be sure enough that there would be a revive station somewhere XD

IF my theory is correct, that could be one of the many reason's why there are so many pred police officer's aside from reasons like "I WANNA KILL SOME B*TCHES" or "I shall defend my country" or something like that... an insurance if one is killed or digested...

As Bedtime said on page 4, "Also yes they have an ENORMOUS amount of pred police officer since the pred police is present everywhere in the world, and since they are not really at war they don't loose that much officer per day. Of course three person were digested by a sphinx girl but it's not that much considering there's so much agents on the field everywhere.:"

That statement could possibly support my thought on having a revive station somewhere since they dont lose that much officer's per day and the board would not care if 3 or more dies. Those 3 persons that died could have possibly been newbies and have not made a backup yet??? (pls be gentle haha)

Considering the Bee queen's statement about pred abilities, there could be incognito predators on the human continent and a whole lot of preds on the other side.

But again. Why no parent show ups then? Plus the father is retired. Maybe even commenting this was a bad idea... now I am doomed.. huhu

page 6, third pannel, Shotius mentionned that it was the wild preds who knew about the village :) Clauria isn't a wild pred since she's working in the pred police and live on the human side of the earth.
