Pearl, like Maya, has had abilities to channel spirits due to being part of the Fey clan. Yet, in this case, her powers have lead to lost spirits to her to be reborn as kami or spiritual energy. This has lead to her becoming pregnant for an indefinite amount of time. She is now carrying multiple spirits around, having to adjust to this new power.

The one I watched and grew up with wasDigimon Fusion on Nick, which was sort of a fusion between a mecha anime and an isekai. Bastemon is one of the memorable characters from it. It shows her pregnant with a litter (Ignore that Digimon eggs exist...)
