Predilection - An established preference for something.
It's all a matter of taste.
I'm an amateur writer, posting here to share ideas and refine my abilities. "Of Myths and Monsters" is the series I will be focusing the majority of my writing efforts on. To describe it briefly, it's my take on a setting primarily populated by humanoid monsterpeople, with actual humans being seen as mythical creatures.
I'm also getting some voice acting credits, so that's fun.
You'll probably see me doing M/F and occasional F/F.

It
was a peaceful morning, at first. That was all the reason Joseph
required to fuel his explorations. The leaves rustled gently on the
trees of the forest, and only the dimmest moonlight passed through
the treetops. Having rained the day before, the very air was enough
to excite his senses. A tender chill in the autumn breeze served only
to warm his heart. He would be out between the trees in the dimmest
of hours; sacrificing some rest yet feeling invigorated for it.
