A little request I did for Gregole for being a consistent fan of my works. I really appreciated her continued comments and so I did this short comic for her as a gift.

It's her character Ryla nomming on Ralmar's witch girl Amari. I've been super sick lately so the coloring is a bit off and rushed, so apologies for that. Amari's hair came out redder than I planned for. Tried out a new style of noses for this work and I really like the way it turned out. I'll probably stick with it.

Very nice placement, shading, and facial expressions in that panel. I can totally see why that's your favorite panel ^^.

Very well made, I likes it. ^^

And I dont know what you're talking about with the colours, looks great to me.

Then again... maybe Im not the best judge o colour, heh. Either way. Very nice

Technically the colors are fine in terms of cohesion and such, but considering I'm working with an established character, they came out a bit off.
Glad you like it though. :D

Really like the expressions and poses of the two characters. Really gives a feel of motion in the picture.

Thanks. :D
Looking back on my older works they always appeared static and lifeless so I've been working on my flow.

That expression in the last panel is just heart-melting.

I drew and redrew that panel over and over until I finally came up with that expression. Glad it was worth it.

It most definitely was! This is an awesome image--you clearly put not only effort but also a great deal of skill into your work. Thanks for doing so much work! :)

What an ironic thing to say, considering her victim's fate! :D :D :D

I refuse to draw a vore scene without a snarky pred remark. :p

Ralmar

Bwahahaha! Love it! Why can't more awesome people conspire to do this sort of thing to my characters?

Ralmar

Posted by Ralmar 14 years ago Report

Also, Amari is utterly adorable, as is Ryla. I'd love to see standalone pics of them, not in any sort of vorish situation. Regardless, VERY well done. Creator approved. ^^

Tsavo

I was kinda nervous that I had misinterpreted Amari. Glad you approve and like it. :D

Ralmar

Well, you've done some splendid work with her. She looks amazing as you've drawn her. And, well, besides that, Gregole is the one who drew her aged-up in the first place, and I approved that. Ya did good. :3

Eh, what can I say? I've always had a thing for witch girls. It's quirky. :p

I think shot 2 of Amari has to be my favourite of these! :3 It just really makes her seem... naive enough to end up becoming a belly-bulge XD The whole comic is brilliant, though <3

Thanks. :D I enjoy drawing facial expressions and wanted to give Amari as much personality as I could.

Ryla also knows how to saw a person in half, though she's not so good at the putting them back together part...

I commented on this on DA, but as I told you, I'm OCD, so I'm doing so again.

I really love how each of them shines with their own unique features. I can tell Amari is a teenager and Ryla's a young adult. And I like how you can pick up subtle bits of their heritage. Ryla looks like a softcore goth, and Amari has that teenage witch thing, with just a bit of traditional witch, with the way her hat comes to a Tim Burton spiral.
I also love how they move between panels, as I've already mentioned. This is just a very alive comic.

I love how puzzled Amari looks, how manic and probably drunk Ryla is, and how contented she is in the final panel. And I love how she's just kind of... basking in her fullness. It's so much the kind of thing she'd do.

All in all, you've brought a dimension to both characters that I really wish I could. I've often used some of your work as a model with my own art, and this reminds me why.

If you don't mind, I'd like to display it on Ryla's ETA profile.

This is quite a lot better than a lot of stuff that's out there.

But something about it is pulling me away to an area of dislike... I can't figure out particularly what but this drawing kind of freaks me out somehow. I don't know if it's the style or what, but it's there.

Since I can't say I like it I prolly won't say good job, and the only advice I can think of is not to try when you're super-sick, because I checked real quick to see if it was the style that was freaking me out and it didn't seem to have the same effect. Seems to be only this particular drawing.

Ah well. Good luck on the rest of your works.
