Part 2 of 3. More to come soon!

The Volscia marshes, in what is now southern Palutia. Deep within these pools and streams lies an ancient civilzation, long since ruined and abandoned.

For privileged, rebellious amateur archeologist Jessica Gaunt and her ever-loyal avian bodyguard, Oscar Shaw, this is the jackpot.

For the darkness which lurks in the depths of the swamps, amidst the sunken ruins of that ancient temple, it is merely the commencement of the hunt.

Commissioned by the wonderful, generous, adorable Aeznon - http://www.furaffinity.net/user/aeznon/ - and featuring Volscian ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7609859/ ) who belongs to Offaim, at http://www.furaffinity.net/user/offaim - although he seems to have been created by the wonderful Neltruin - http://www.furaffinity.net/user/neltruin . Oscar and Jess belong to me. Because this won't be the last we'll be seeing of them... and yes, it's part of the canon of Actura's story. Just you wait and see...

Contains/will contain: Dragon, mouse, falcon, avian, rodent, multiple prey, tail vore, soft vore, swallowing, digestion, terror, prey relationships, archeology, myths, swamps, history, M/M, M/F, Anthro, furry, Anthro, Love, cruelty, torture, Emotional, physical torture.

@_@ Oh dear lord I loved this. So much. So so much.

I am always on the hunt for creative, symbolic prose in vore scenes. And this:

Volscian draped his true maw over the struggling avian like a burial shroud
------
That's amazing. I love it.

And, strangely enough. I have used a concept in this story, in a future piece of mine. The idea that two people do not understand one another with spoken word, but understand one another in the mind. From a mental voice.

I will use this as a partial reference (: It's well executed!

Aww. Thank you enormously. :3 But it ain't over yet...

I quite like that line myself, hee. I'm glad you appreciate it so much.

This furture piece of yours sounds veery interesting indeed. I'll be flattered to have Oscar and Jess used as references - they're so adorable together... I wish you luck, and thank you very much indeed. ^^

Well, I have a couple of ideas of explorations going voraciously wrong... so, as well from the very, very "final" (*sniffles*) part of this story, the adventurer may be in luck. I'm glad you enjoyed. ^^

I admit, I'm delighted that everyone's become so fond of these two. I love them as well, and that's why I'm feeling so sad for what's going to happen to them... ;_;

And as for FA... heh, I'm sorry. It's a mark of my respect for your lovely work. <3
