While this is not my very first anal vore picture, it is certainly the first anal vore picture I will be posting online.
Poor Nathan just wants to get to work, but it seems his neighbor Susan has better plans for him.
I would imagine Susan would be saying something more along the lines of, "Oh. Oh that wasn't the best of ideas. Ouch. My insides are indeed on the verge of bursting. Someone send over someone for the love of Pete."
But what we have here is fantasy, and in fantasy, things are a bit more cheerful. Well... at least for Susan.
Normally I like my pictures to speak for themselves, but the person who ordered this specifically asked for them.

Love the pose and the situation. Only crit is I think you could do away with those two creases over Nathan's gag - it'd make him look cuter.

They look like a moustache because they just so happen to -be- a moustache ^_^ Normally I would not have done so, but the one who paid for this image specifically requested there be minor traces of a moustache.
