When I make my triumphant return, I tend to shout "SCIENCE!" too. Not because science was necessarily actually involved, but just because it's one of the best things to shout triumphantly in any situation.

I'm really digging the way this is going. It's nice to see stories of characters overcoming difficulties other than just deciding what weird shape to turn someone into this time. Not that the "regular" HDTF stories aren't great too, but it's a lot more fun when there's serious drama involved.

Great chapter this, I liked how you added the flashback, much better ending indeed. Hope the next one isn't to far away. Not a fan of the scat, but all things considering it was properly relevant to the story line and done nicely.

I'll try to speed these up a bit. I know it can be frustrating when releases are spaced out during a continuous plot. And scat, at least for me, is an unpleasant but unavoidable consequence of doing full tour in a semi-realistic setting. I don't anticipate too much more of that.

It is properly relevant to the story, so I don't mind it and as you said in this case unavoidable, just wasn't looking forward to alot more of it.

I would however think she'd have some fun with a HDTF knife/shower etc. to help clean up since she did have a dirty lexi, wouldn't want to get infections now would we? :P

At first I wasn't liking Hostile Takeover as much as the previous stories but now I'm hanging on every word and can't wait for the next parts!!! Rescues and Revenge! Yay!
