I... Haven't seen this before. But I love it!
He's a real cutie, espically with a full tummy. I really like how he looks with both a swollen stomach, and with swollen breasts.
Now, the only question I have is: does he need help milking them?

Hmm... I think he's pretty clumsy at milking himself, but also embarassed about this thing his body does, so while he technically needs help, I don't thing he'd ever ask for or accept it. :P
"Milking himself" sounds way too much like a euphemism.
