Liz decided to use her Chibi Cannon on various people she has met along the way, without much warning usually but most people seem to enjoy being a chibi for a while. Even Grumpy characters can find amusement in such at state as Chibi Liz enjoyed creating her chibi army to concur the world … eh well she doesn’t mention that part XD
