Where do dragons stand when it comes to the food chain? Certainly not the bottom like some will try and claim, that's for sure~ Saren takes in much delight in asserting his predatory dominance by dining on a three-course meal consisting of Sergal, Rabbit and Fox! With a literal food-chain binding them all, they are slurped down one by one.
Wooo dragon noms <33 And taking the whole "subverting the food chain" narrative that's commonly seen with dragon-prey pics and turning it around. :^)
BUT YEA ALSOO~ For the background, I was given the task of painting in a cave and this was actually pretty fun to do! And easier than I thought it would be! I really like how it turned out hehe~

Throats are love <3 So I wanna depict them how i love 'em - soft and silky smooth while being tight and squishy!
And yess it's fun to see preys slip down one by one~

I love how smooth the whole piece looks and I just noticed that the dragon has a very subtle set of scales on his darker colorations. >u>
Also the idea of prey being chained or tied together while they slowly vanish one by one is very fun to see. c:
