Well, if such a person tried to back away from the situation without an apology or recompense, such as here, that'd be reason for resentment.

...Though, to be fair, that is a sword. If it is so flimsy that a piece shatters at a light prod, it's probably a good thing that it never got to see combat.

i guess, though it'd be going a ubt far just for breaking something to do what she's gonna do....

also is it just a regular sword? I know this isn't a deep insightful comic page, but i thought they were inferring it was like an artefact or a ceremonial dagger, or something of antique importance, thats why he was checking it out and she was being protective, if someone smashed one of my ceramic works id go ballistic but if someone broke a glass, I'm not going to KILL them over it 0_0

sorry for such a late reply but i just thought of something, his entire devouring, digestion and skeletal remains being vomited could have been avoided...if she just made him pay for it, seriosly thats the number one rule, "you break it you bought it" your stories are good in creativity but you leave way too many plot holes to how this could all have been avoided and they didnt have to get eaten...or in the less polite sense DIE

but then...thats not why we see this is it, its not why we go on here and check to see whats been posted...ok then

(this is not a criticism, this is just an observation...i hope))
