i had a thought and decided to put it into a concept and share here. i'm not really sure this is a good idea, not sure i could do even a fourth of the stuff written here, there also are some complications with the animations and the programming in the concept that i'm unsure how to improve. the most important question for now is what tools to use for animation and build-up, the second one is how to make the build customizable so it could be altered, fixed and otherwise changed if there will be any need to (because i'm a really shitty programmer and every time i do something that actually works it appears to be very hardly customizable).
the most complex part is making preys varied in the process of swallowing, inside the stomach and during digestion. this needs a very special logic to reduce the amount of animations after the actual thing is done.
for the start, amount of animation will be reduced to one pred and one prey anim, possibly without multiple prey swallowing at first to test the whole thing (that will be 10 animations total), then other animations will be added and the mechanics will be updated.
i was thinking about starting a patreon so this thing could work out without me dying on the floor drawing fetish stuff and not working.
but i think i might be needing a programmer after all. which i don't have around.

Animating in-betweens or coloring. Sorry, if you were expecting a programmer. You have any candidates? Might be able to push someone your way.

Animating is helpful too. I'll try to make A MINIMUM of 10 animations and basic mechanics and if it will work i'll note you. I think that's how it should be done.

This would be awesome, there could be different areas of town you could go through by going left or right, like a scrolling arcade style game, with different prey in each. (Prostitutes in the slums, college girls and frat guys at the university, etc. You could even make it more challenging, by adding a timed mode where your health kept going down until you ate more. I’d look at the game Hungry Shark World for ideas if i were you.

right now this is only a complication, i want to keep it simple at start and most of the thoughts i'm looking for are logical issues in animation and carrying out the basic game mechanics. i want to make something at start, something possible. being a bad programmer and somewhat-skilled artist makes it hard for me to carry out mechanics like this by now.

i don't work in 3d, i tried but still too much to learn to make at least a rigged model. not to mention animation.
i have some experience with 2d animation.
drawing is not as time-consuming as modelling and rigging, but the animation eats more time if not well thought through.

The programming for this should be fairly simple... Were you thinking of having the animations be frame by frame or bone based?

I was thinking about flash for animation, so it's both bones and frame-by-frame animation. That looks like the easiest way.

I really like this channel, and this play list is a good start for deciding how you want to approach design stuff. It sorta assumes you're looking to get into creating in general, but you can use the lessons and stuff to help you with a stand alone project just fine I would think. This channel deals mostly in design and not the programming specifically, so you would probably want to look up other tutorials if you're looking for those.
