First she would 'need' a reason to escape ;) cause I think she is quite content with her current situation. Food is quite literally brought out before her and I don't think she really cares about her daughters in the way that human parents might :/
she is being held by scientists that no doubt have taken care of that problem for her already and there is another comic involving this particular character, where I believe that her body is manipulated into a better posture so she is more comfortable after eating or accepting a candidate to convert into her offspring. But yeah.... this pose would be killer on your back >_<
I know I've seen this creature somewhere before, but for the life of me I can't remember where. All I know is that this creature was one of my first exposures to vore/unbirth that resulted in me getting my first "WHY?" boner.
