Since Liri has a name now, it's appropriate she get some spotlight ^^ plus it's been a while I didn't do some fairy vore so here we go. Here she is, happily offering some adventurers a good old "Felarya tour" X3

I wouldn’t get anything at the gift shop. Everything is of poor condition, and would make for a crapy gift.

Considering her size and how long your average digestion process takes I clock it in at about maybe 8-12 hours. You may want to bring a snack high fiber or greasy if you want to expedited it.
