Hehe, you gotta love this couple, poor Lauren and her ever so polite and gluttonous lizard. Funny, silly and sexy at the same time. I guess that one of the things that appeal to me is the lack of serious drama, the stories about Lauren & co are lighthearted and entertaining.

I guess the lesson learned from this is that you shouldn't come out of hiding before the lizard is gone!
I wonder though whether Lauren eventually went to the other model bureau which her lizard recommended...

Yeah, it's been a while since I wrote them, but its very fun nonetheless to veer off into a highly silly land of lizards and their exasperated 'keepers'.

Who knows! She certainly does have the looks for modeling, though one can't help but wonder if the lizard would be better behaved if she did take his advice.

Silly yes, but well written and very entertaining as well. Traipsing around with such an improbable 'pet' as a giant, talking, woman-eating lizard made me think that despite her complaints, deep down inside Lauren really loves the attention she gets and the turn on she has watching it eat other girls. It would be funny if the reason she can take such a dangerous animal around in public and get away with all of the mayhem it's devouring ladies has caused, is because she was somehow able to get it legally licensed as her "emotional support animal" and she cannot be responsible for the resultant chaos. It would be interesting to see if she could somehow get it on a plane with her like some of the other exhibitionist with their crazy pets they claim they need for emotional support. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, one really does have to wonder how genuine Lauren's protests are, with regards to the lizard's eating habits. She sure doesn't seem to stay upset long . . .

For a while I've kinda wanted to add a bit more context to Lauren's situation, and having the lizard legally classified as an 'emotional support animal' would be pretty amusing to say the least! Maybe the person doing the licensing paperwork that day just wasn't paying attention.

I like how Lauren sees the lizard's behaviour as an inconvenience to *her*. Somehow I get the feeling she's not the only one being inconvenienced when he gobbles up those luscious ladies. :D

She hated conversation with soon-to-be-digested people.
Awkward, yes! :p I'm probably a bad person, but there's something wickedly appealing about that.
Lauren's discomfort here is very different to Avrinn's chattiness with ladies who are being eaten, but they're both a lot of fun.

Bad lizard! Though in his defence, who could possibly resist such a pretty girl's cute, round little bottom? That would require an almost saintly level of self-control. :)

All round, a light and cheerful story I very much enjoyed!

Well, to be fair, the ladies getting eaten only have to put up with it once, while Lauren has to deal with the inconvenience of strangers and acquaintances being gobbled up all the time. It's hardly comparable! xP

And I agree, I very much enjoy these type of scenes where you have someone chatting with the soon-to-be-digested individual. Whether the disposition of the observer be annoyance, or sensual enjoyment (as is the case with Avrinn!).

Oh, this is such a delight. I love Lauren and her Lizard! When I came back to re-read the old ones and saw a brand new tale, I was absolutely thrilled. As always, you have such a great narrative voice in these pieces.

As an aside, I shamelessly borrowed your idea for a predatory lizard and girl pair in an RP I played the other night. My girl's name was Emily, and her lizard had the idea that nobody else was allowed to have that name.
