Ember earned enough good girl tendie points in Cinder's book to get a cheat day on her diet. I don't know what she did, she just lazes around gaming all day and doesn't adheres to any diet anyway...

Hah, Ember misses the whole point of a cheat day. XD It doesn't mean to utterly wreck the diet in the span of 24 hours, but rather to reset one's biological clock so the body doesn't think its starving, and thus burns less calories and slows down weight loss.
